This white wine vinegar has a perfect blend of Spanish white wine vinegar (70%) and Italian white balsamic (30%). The balsamic vinegar gives this herbal vinegar its deep herbal flavor. The bottle is also filled with a locally grown tarragon branch. This results in a wonderfully herby flavor for easy use in the kitchen!
