Herb-Roasted Crispy Potatoes

Golden, crispy potatoes roasted with Rosemary Garlic Olive Oil and Mediterranean Herb Seasoning. A savory, crowd-pleasing side dish for any meal!

 

Ingredients

2 lbs baby potatoes, halved or Yukon golds cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tsp sea salt ½ tsp
cracked black pepper
fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss potatoes with Rosemary Garlic Olive Oil, Mediterranean Herb Seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread in a single layer and roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley and drizzle with a little extra oil before serving.
