Beef Tenderloin Tips

A particularly delicious meat dish from the BBQ: these juicy tenderloin tips, perfectly marinated in our Smokey Whiskey Grill Mix. Serve with some paprika strips and Sweet chili jam and the enjoyment can begin. Also delicious to add to your noodle dish!

Ingredients

1.5 lbs beef tenderloin
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

Preparation

  1. Cut the tenderloin into cubes and sprinkle with the Smokey Whiskey Grill Mix. Cut the bell pepper into strips, grease them with our Bonsecco Extra Virgin Olive Oil and grill them in a hot grill pan or on the bbq. Then fry the tenderloin until it is nicely pink.
  2. Season the meat with some Smoked Italian salt. Serve the dish with the Sweet chili jam.
