Pasta with Olives

This pasta is simple, quick, and incredibly delicious. The olives are gently warmed in the fresh Nocellara extra virgin olive oil, and together with the tomato sauce, it creates a delicious blend. Topped with Parmesan cheese, you have a flavorful pasta dish that everyone will enjoy!

  1. Keep a few Provencal herb olives aside for garnish and finely chop the rest.
  2. Place the chopped olives in a tall pan together with the cream and Nocellara extra virgin olive oil and let the mixture simmer gently over low heat for about 15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cook the Pasta Foglie d'Ulivo until al dente and drain.
  4. Then, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Serve the pasta with the extra olives and the Pomodoro della Mamma.
  5. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
