Caprese Panini

A classic Italian favorite with a flavorful twist! This panini combines creamy mozzarella, juicy tomato, and fresh basil with our irresistible Burrata Dip and bold Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Crispy on the outside and melty on the inside. It’s perfect for a quick lunch or a sunny summer snack.

Ingredients

2 panini rolls
1 large tomato, sliced
125 g mozzarella, sliced
fresh basil leaves
4 tbsp hot water (for thinning the burrata dip)

Preparation

  1. Slice the panini rolls in half.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the Burrata Dip with 4 tablespoons of hot water and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then stir in the Koroneiki olive oil.
  3. Spread a generous layer of the burrata mixture on the bottom half of each panini.
  4. Top with sliced tomato, mozzarella, and fresh basil leaves.
  5. Close the sandwiches and grill in a panini press or oven until the bread is golden and crispy and the cheese has melted.
