Chimichurri

Elevate your meals with this bold and flavorful Argentinian chimichurri sauce. Our version gets a vibrant twist thanks to White Balsamic Vinegar and Chili Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Blended with Bonsecco Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fresh herbs, this aromatic sauce pairs perfectly with grilled steak, roasted potatoes, or vegetables. A versatile condiment that brings a punch of flavor to any dinner table.

Ingredients

2 tbsp + 2 tsp White Balsamic Vinegar
15 sprigs fresh oregano
2 sprigs parsley
1 shallot
To taste sea salt
To taste black pepper

Preparation

  1. Clean the shallot. Put the White balsamic vinegar, Chili Garlic and Bonsecco extra virgin olive oil together with all the other ingredients in a food processor. Grind until the desired structure is achieved.
  2. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
  3. Chimichurri is the perfect salsa sauce for grilled meat, but also delicious with baked potatoes!
