Discover the sweet and light taste of our Marc de Champagne Vinegar, perfect for enhancing delicately flavored salads and vegetables. This vinegar is slowly aged in oak barrels, resulting in a light golden color and refreshing flavor.

Derived from the first pressing of grapes used for champagne, the remaining must is distilled and aged for at least five years to create this exquisite vinegar.

Recommended Pairings:
- Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- White or Black Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Provençal Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil

In salads, as a marinade, sprinkled on oysters, with goat cheese, over fish, or drizzled over fruit. In cocktails or mocktails.

Ingredients

Fruit syrup (grape), white wine vinegar, natural Marc de Champagne flavoring (0.1%), antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite.
