Corn on the Cob

Grilled corn on the cob with Lemon Olive Oil and Herb Butter Mix. A fresh, flavorful side dish for any summer cookout!

Ingredients

4 ears of fresh corn, husked
Salt, to taste
Optional: 1–2 tbsp grated Parmesan or crumbled feta
Optional: chili flakes or a squeeze of lime

Preparation

  1. Mix the herb butter glaze: In a small bowl, combine the Herb Butter Mix with Lemon Olive Oil (start with 3 tbsp oil for a thicker paste, or 4 for a thinner drizzle). Let sit for 5–10 minutes to activate the herbs.
  2. Prep the corn: Brush each ear of corn generously with the herb oil mixture. Reserve a little for basting during or after grilling.
  3. Grill: Place the corn on a hot grill (or grill pan) over medium heat. Turn occasionally until lightly charred and cooked through, about 10–12 minutes.
  4. Finish: Brush with any remaining herb oil, sprinkle with salt, and add optional toppings like Parmesan, feta, chili flakes, or lime.
