Focaccia

Preparation
- Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water and mix it with the Focaccia flour and 1 teaspoon of salt. Add 50 ml of Bonsecco extra virgin olive oil and knead well for 3 minutes. Let rise for 2-4 hours under a damp cloth in a warm place.
- Preheat the oven to 390 degrees. Take a rectangular baking tin of approximately 8x12 in and put a layer of Bonsecco extra virgin olive oil in it.
- Divide the dough evenly over the rectangular baking tin and spread the olives in extra virgin olive oil over it. Sprinkle some salt over the foccacia to taste.
- Bake the foccacia for 10-15 minutes. Tip: Delicious to serve with a hot cup of soup.
