Feta Fondue

Bring sunshine to your table with this Mediterranean take on fondue. The creamy Feta Cheese Dip melts into a warm, herb-infused delight. Serve with crispy Snack Toast topped with tomato and oregano — perfect for dipping, sharing, and savoring together.

Ingredients

1 Cheese Baker (or small cast-iron skillet/oven-safe dish)
½ cup heavy cream
9 oz feta cheese
3 ½ oz grated spicy cheese (such as pepper jack or similar)
2 tsp lemon zest

Preparation

  1. Place the Cheese Baker on a hot barbecue and pour in the heavy cream. No Cheese Baker? No Problem. Prepare the fondue in a small cast-iron skillet or heatproof baking dish. Place it on the barbecue or in a 350°F oven and follow the same steps until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  2. Add the feta and stir gently until it begins to melt.
  3. Sprinkle with grated cheese and continue heating until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in 1 tablespoon of Feta Dip and a splash of lemon juice for extra flavor.
  5. Serve warm with Snack Toast Tomato & Oregano for dipping.
