Italian Herb Linguine with Red Sauce

Ingredients

1 tbsp salt for pasta water
- Fresh parmesan or basil for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon salt. Cook the Basil Garlic Linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. While pasta cooks, warm the Salsa Della Mama in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in 1–2 teaspoons Miscuglio Italiano and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add cooked linguine to the sauce and toss to coat. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.
  4. Drizzle with 1–2 tablespoons Liguritio EVOO before serving.
  5. Garnish with parmesan or fresh basil if desired and serve immediately.
