- Prepare the pumpkin cold foam. In a small bowl or frother, combine the half & half and Oil & Vinegar Pumpkin Pie Spice. Whip until thick and frothy, then set aside.
- Make the espresso martini. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vanilla vodka, Mr Black Coffee Liqueur, espresso (or cold brew concentrate), and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until chilled and slightly foamy.
- Assemble. Strain evenly into two martini or coupe glasses. Gently spoon the pumpkin cold foam over each glass to create a creamy top layer.
- Finish and enjoy. Optionally, dust with a pinch of Pumpkin Pie Spice for a touch of color and aroma. Serve immediately.
