- Dissolve the yeast in the water and mix it with the pizza flour and salt. Add the Bonsecco extra virgin olive oil and knead until a smooth, elastic dough forms. Let the dough rise for 90 minutes in a warm place, covered with a damp tea towel.
- Preheat the oven to 225°C (425°F). Halve the artichoke hearts and slice the mushrooms.
- Roll out the risen dough into a thin sheet and place it on a baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of Salsa della Mamma on the base and sprinkle with mozzarella and Pizza Herb Mix. Then arrange the artichokes, mushrooms, cooked ham, and olives over the pizza.
- Bake the pizza in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until the base is golden brown and crispy.
- Tip: Finally, sprinkle the warm pizza with Pizzolio for extra flavour.
