Salmon

This salmon will feel right at home on your Christmas table! This recipe features a dressing made with Marc-de-Champagne vinegar and extra virgin olive oil infused with rosemary. Finish it off with capers, and let the enjoyment begin!

Ingredients

1 jar Capers in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 oz Salmon
1 Lemon
Aluminum foil
Olive oil of your choice

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Place the salmon skin-side down on a piece of aluminum foil and make crosswise cuts in the salmon. Brush with olive oil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  2. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze the lemon juice.
  3. In a bowl, combine the Marc-de-Champagne vinegar, capers in olive oil, rosemary-infused olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the baked salmon and top with the grated lemon zest. Enjoy!
