Sea Bass Ceviche

Experience the freshness of the sea with this refined sea bass ceviche. The combination of our Pomegranate Vinegar and Spicy Mango Dip infuses the delicate fish with a sweet and tangy flavor, while Bonsecco Extra Virgin Olive Oil adds a rich, smooth finish. Accented with fresh dill, red onion, lime juice, and pomegranate seeds, this light yet flavorful starter is sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

3 tbsp + 1 tsp Pomegranate Vinegar
14 oz sea bass
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1/2 red onion
2 sprigs dill

Preparation

  1. Cut the sea bass into thin slices and place on a platter. Mix the pomegranate vinegar with the lime juice. Divide over the fish. Season with a pinch of salt.
  2. Let the fish cook in the vinegar for about 4 minutes. In the meantime, cut the red onion into rings
  3. Arrange the fish on the plates, sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds and place the onion rings on top. Then sprinkle some of the Spicy mango dip and the chopped dill over it. Finally, sprinkle generously with the Bonsecco extra virgin olive oil.
