Braised Brussels sprouts

- Finely chop the red onion. Clean the sprouts and halve them. Put some baking & roasting olive oil in a pan and add the sprouts and red onion. Fry them briefly.
- Add 100 ml water and 25 ml Winter balsamic vinegar and put the lid on the pan. Stew the sprouts for 15-20 minutes on low heat until al dente. Stir regularly. Remove the lid from the pan for the last 6 minutes.
- Before serving, add 25 ml Winter Balsamic Vinegar, 25 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Garlic and season with some salt and Chopped chili peppers.
