Lemon Herb Asparagus

Bright, zesty asparagus tossed with Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Veggie Rub, grilled or roasted to perfection. A simple, flavorful side dish ready in minutes!

Ingredients

1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp cracked black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges (for serving)

Preparation

  1. Preheat grill (or oven to 425°F).
  2. Toss asparagus with Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Veggie Rub, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
