Avocado hummus

A nutritious treat, this homemade hummus with avocado and our Hummus dip herbs. Perfect to dip in with drinks with our Pizza crocantina. Also delicious to add in a wrap.

Ingredients

30 gr Bruschetta EVOO
10 gr hummus dip
pizza-croccantina-150g
250 gr Chickpeas
1.5 avocado
10 gr Lemon Juice
20 gr tahini
2 el water

Preparation

  1. Blend the chickpeas, avocado, tahini, Extra virgin olive oil with bruschetta and the water and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth. Season with Hummus dip spices.
  2. Serve the avocado hummus with the Pizza Croccantina.
