Fruity Vinegar Mimosa

This twist on a traditional mimosa, that uses vermouth, is the perfect way to please all your guests. Try this recipe out with all our fruity vinegars to find out which one suits your palate best!

Ingredients

1oz Spanish dry red vermouth
.5oz Fruity Vinegar (Limoncello, Strawberry Rhubarb Pulp, or Mango Pulp)
1oz orange juice
4oz Cava

Preparation

  1. Simply add cava to a champagne glass or coupe, top with remaining ingredients, and enjoy.
  2. Tip! Skip the vermouth and double the orange juice. The flavor is closer to a traditional mimosa with a little twist.
