Pumpkin Pie

Classic pumpkin pie with a little extra wow featuring our Pumpkin Pie Spice. Warm, rich, and perfectly balanced, it’s the holiday favorite you didn’t know could taste even better. 


Ingredients

1 single pie crust (unbaked)
2 tsp all-purpose flour
2 tsp granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ tsp salt
2 large eggs (room temperature)
15 oz pumpkin puree
10 oz evaporated milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Adjust one rack to the lower third of the oven.
  2. Line a 9-inch pie plate with a single prepared pie crust. Crimp the edges as desired.
  3. In a small bowl, combine 2 teaspoons of sugar and flour. Sprinkle the mixture on the bottom of the prepared pie shell and set aside.
  4. In a small bowl combine brown sugar, white sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk. Stir in the pumpkin puree to combine. Add the brown sugar mixture and evaporated milk. Whisk to combine.
  6. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared pie shell and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes or until set.
  7. Cool on baking rack until completely cooled (at least 2 hours).
