Spaghetti Aglio & Peperoncino

In full it’s actually called spaghetti all’aglio, olio e peperoncino: with garlic, oil and pepper. A true classic, fabulous in its simplicity. Also suitable for vegetarians!

Ingredients

500 g spaghetti
8 El Aglio e Peperoncino
4 El Olijfolie met Knoflook
Verse basilicum
Parmezaanse kaas

Preparation

  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the spaghetti for 3 minutes. Drain the spaghetti into another pan with some of the cooking liquid. Add the garlic olive oil and aglio e peperoncino, heat and stir well. Serve the pasta on a plate or in a bowl and garnish with freshly torn basil. Finally, sprinkle generously with more garlic olive oil and Parmesan cheese.
