Whiskey Marinade

Our go-to and most popular marinade with Food Lovers! Use on steak, chicken wings, pork chops, and even prawns. The possibilities are endless with this Whiskey Marinade!

Ingredients

1 lb Preferred protein (beef or chicken recommended)
2 tsp

Preparation

  1. Make the Marinade: In a medium bowl or jar, whisk together: Whiskey Vinegar, Chardonnay-Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil, Whiskey Mustard, Smoky BBQ Mix, Habanero Chili Sauce (if using)
  2. Prepare Your Protein: Pat your beef or chicken dry with paper towels. Place it in a sealable bag or shallow dish.
  3. Marinate: Pour the marinade over your protein. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (ideal: 4–6 hours, or overnight for bold flavor).
  4. Grill or Cook: Remove the protein from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Grill or cook as desired (medium-high heat works well).
  5. Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with grilled veggies, potatoes, or a fresh summer salad.
