Raisin Rolls with Elderflower Apple Lime Vinegar

Try something new this Spring with our addicting raisin rolls! This refreshing and simple recipe uses our Elderflower Apple Lime Vinegar and Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Ingredients

30ml (1fl oz) Elderflower Apple Lime Vinegar
20ml (0.68fl oz) Basil Olive Oil
1 jar Apple Caramel Jam
1 container Puff Pastry
75g Raisins
50g Powdered Sugar

Preparation

  1. Soak the raisins in lukewarm water for around 30 minutes. Heat the Apple Caramel Jam in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften it. Stir in the Elderflower Apple Lime Vinegar.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and spread it with the jam. Sprinkle with the raisins and roll up.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces and arrange on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until brown.
  4. Make a glaze with Basil Olive Oil and powdered sugar. Add 1 tablespoon of water to thin if preferred. Before serving, drizzle the raisin rolls with the glaze.
