This pasta is made with love in Tuscany
from the best hard wheat semolina in the world. The process begins with a dough of wheat semolina and water. The dough is then pressed through a mold. This gives the pasta a slightly rougher surface so that it holds the sauce better. Afterwards the pasta is dried for hours at a low temperature. This artisanal preparation method ensures that the nutrients and flavor remain better preserved.
