Creamy Sweet Pepper-Ricotta Spread

- Preheat oven to 400°F and roast the sweet peppers until the skin begins to change color. Allow the sweet peppers to cool on a covered dish (you can also put them in the refrigerator).
- Now chop the parsley as finely as possible. Mix the ricotta with the smoked paprika, olive oil and chopped parsley. Season the cheese mixture with a bit of salt and pepper.
- Remove the roasted sweet peppers from the refrigerator and remove the seed, skin and stems. Chop into small pieces and mix with the Condiment Turmeric & Pepper.
- Scoop the ricotta spread into a small bowl and top with the sweet pepper marinade. Serve with the Fornelli, and you've just created a delicious snack.
