BBQ Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
Preparation
- Heat the BBQ at a medium temperature.
- Cut off the ends of the corn cobs and remove the leaves and possible threads. Boil the cobs for about 10 minutes in salted water.
- Mix the Lemon & Herb Rub with the Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil and coat the corn with it. Let it marinate for a while.
- Grill the corn on the BBQ for about 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with a dab of butter and enjoy!
