Cantuccini are traditional Italian almond cookies and are also called biscotti. The cookies are baked twice, which makes them extra crispy.

The cookies are made by Tuscan cookie bakers in Italy. They have been working for 3 generations to optimize each cookie, while maintaining the recipe secret from the very first cookie. They take special care in choosing the best ingredients, best baking techniques and the most refined flavors!

Cantuccini cookies are delicious to dip in espresso or in the typical Tuscan dessert wine, Vin Santo. They are also perfect as a base for a dessert. For example, make tiramisu in a glass, in which you stack a mixture of marcarpone and whipped cream and chopped cantuccini alternately in a glass. That is a really good way to end your dinner!
