- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Beef Rub, and olive oil. Mix gently until just combined (don’t overwork the meat) Form into 6–8 burger patties, depending on your preferred size. Make a slight indent in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
- Grill for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking. Add cheese during the last minute if using.
- Toast the buns on the grill for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.
