Beef Rub Grilled Burgers

Simple, smoky, and guaranteed to be a summer staple. The Beef Rub does all the heavy lifting here, giving these burgers a rich, savory flavor with just the right amount of spice.

Ingredients

2 lbs Ground beef
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6–8 Burger buns
As desired Cheese
As desired Lettuce
As desired Tomato
As desired Caramelized onions
As desired Pickles
As desired Burger sauce
As desired Avocado

Preparation

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Beef Rub, and olive oil. Mix gently until just combined (don’t overwork the meat) Form into 6–8 burger patties, depending on your preferred size. Make a slight indent in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
  3. Grill for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking. Add cheese during the last minute if using.
  4. Toast the buns on the grill for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Build your burgers with any toppings you like and serve immediately.
