Black olive paste has a soft flavor with a touch of caper, garlic and lemon. Soft in taste and ideal as a snack with toast, or as an addition to pasta (salad), fish or meat dishes. These olives are not pasteurized which helps them retain a firmer texture and brighter flavor.
