About Truffles
This soy sauce is enriched witth summer truffle. The truffles come from the Italian forests and grow underground. Truffles cannot be cultivated. Therefore, they are collected by seasoned truffle hunters, who, thanks to the good nose of their specially trained tracking dogs, are able to track down this special natural product.

Love this champagne flavored vinegar over chicken or any salad or veggies. Gives anything a sweet and tangy flavor without all the calories of a typical salad dressing.
This is is the ONLY option I have found that works well with my salads, veggies, and seafood/poultry! The added benefit is that it is ‘light’ and doesn’t cause you to feel weighed down!
