Ice Cream with Olive Oil

This simple yet delicious olive oil ice cream is a true dinnertime hit.
A remarkable combination of sweet and salty your guests will never forget!

Ingredients

1 L Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
2\/3 Cup Castillo de Canena Olive Oil
Black Hawaii Salt
1 Mango
5 Mint Leaves (Garnish)
Italian Novello (In place of Castillo de Canena)

Preparation

  1. Peel the mango and cut it into slices.
  2. Fill 4 bowls with 2 to 3 ice cream scoops each.
  3. Pour a generous splash of Castillo de Canena olive oil over the dish
  4. Garnish with mango slices, some mint leaves and Black Hawaii salt.
