The Christmas wreath is a sign of happiness, so why not spread some with this delicious platter? This lovely appetizer dish is easy to prepare and looks like a party. Dip your Long Potato Chips in the homemade Hummus and Cheese dips and feast on Sicilian Olives, Manchego cheese and fresh cherry tomatoes. Believe us, there will be no crumb left.

- Prepare Hummus Dip; Mash 1 cup chickpeas, 3 tbsp water, 2 tbsp Arbequina EVOO together with 2 generous tsp of Hummus Dip mix, to form a smooth paste. Add some fresh lemon juice to taste.
- Prepare Cheese Dip; Stir 2/3 cup cream cheese, 1/4 cup yogurt, and 1 1/2 tsp Cheese Dip mix into a smooth paste. Let stand for 15 minutes for optimal taste.
- Transfer the dips into a piping bag. Squeeze the dips, alternately, onto serving dish in the shape of a wreath. Leave some space between the two dips for Manchego cheese slices.
- Decorate the dish with all the ingredients; Break the Long Potato Chips into smaller pieces and insert them into the wreath here and there. Finish with some rosemary sprigs and enjoy!
