This vinegar has a perfect blend of Spanish white wine vinegar (70%) and Italian white balsamic (30%). The balsamic gives this herbal vinegar its deep herbal flavor. The bottle is also filled with Mediterranean herb sprigs (rosemary, oregano, and thyme) that are locally grown. This results in a wonderfully herby flavor for easy use in the kitchen!
