A delightful combination of syrupy flower honey and authentic Italian nuts. Includes slowly roasted hazelnuts, peeled almonds, chunks of walnut and beautiful red-green pistachios from Bronte, Sicily.

How It's Made:
Once the bees finish pollination, the honey is pasteurized in special, ventilated air ovens at a temperature of 149°F/158°F (65°/70°C). This breaks the natural crystallization process. After this, the honey is slowly mixed with the peach pulp. When the mixture has been poured into the jar, it will be pasteurized again in its entirety (for food safety) at the same temperature.

This mix of honey and nuts is only available at Oil & Vinegar.
