How It's Made:
Produced by a family-owned vineyard, known for its exceptional quality, the grapes are meticulously pressed into the finest grape must. This must is then expertly combined with high-quality white wine vinegar to achieve its unique low acidity. Finally, the grape must is aged in oak casks before the addition of apple juice.

Wonderful in dressings, sauces, for baking, and drizzling over cheeses or even ice cream.
