What is Allioli?
Allioli is a famous sauce from Catalonia. It is typically quite difficult to make: garlic is crushed in a mortar with sea salt and diluted with sunflower oil, drop by drop, in order to make the sauce glossy and voluminous. Our Allioli Dip makes the preparation of allioli super quick and easy!
