A great balsamic from the vinegar house Leonardi. This viscous balsamic vinegar has aged for at least 15 years and has a sensationally sweet taste. The balsamic is made from Trebbiano grapes and Lambrusco grapes. They are naturally aged in barrels of different types of wood (Travassi method).
Our Gold label balsamic is thick in consistency with a complex, sweet flavor that is balanced perfectly so that you can use it over savory or sweet dishes.
