About Blood Orange Grapeseed Oil: Our grapeseed oils are very versatile; good for high temperature cooking, sautéing, baking or on salads. To make this oil, essential oils of blood orange zest, pressed from the fruit peels, is stirred into Washington State Riesling Grapeseed Oil. This results in the strong, fragrant flavor of the oil.
Marc de Champagne Vinegar: Marc de Champagne Vinegar has a sweet, yet light and crisp taste. It complements delicately flavored salads and vegetables. Slowly aged in Oak barrels, the champagne vinegar has a light golden color and refreshing flavor.
