Lime Marinated Salmon

- In a bowl, whisk together: lime grapeseed oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper (Optional: red pepper flakes, chopped cilantro, or green onion)
- Pat the salmon dry, then coat it in the marinade. Let it sit 15–25 minutes.
- Heat grill to medium-high (400–450°F).
- Place salmon skin-side down on the grill. Close the lid and cook for 5-6 minutes without moving it.
- Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
- Finish + serve: Remove from grill and rest for 2 minutes. Top with optional cilantro, green onion, or a tiny drizzle of extra lime grapeseed oil for shine.
