Grilled Asian Red Onion Steak Kebabs are marinated in a saucy Asian red onion sesame sauce and grilled to perfection!

Grilled Asian Red Onion Steak Kebabs

- Cut steak into one-inch cubes
- Cut ¼ of the red onion into slices and place in food processor to puree. Slice the rest into large chunks, these will be used in between the steak on the skewers.
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together the marinade ingredients. Soy sauce, Red Onion Vinegar, pureed red onion, garlic, toasted sesame seed oil, sugar and ginger. Place the cubed steak into a gallon size Ziplock bag and pout the marinade into the bag. Toss to coat the steak thoroughly. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
- Thread steak and red onion chunks onto skewers alternating steak with onion.
- Preheat the grill, when heat is medium to high place the kebabs on the grill. Grill for 8-10 minutes turning to ensure the meat is done on all sides.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
