Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Our master chef Ralph created this simple side dish. It serves as a perfect addition to your holiday meals or simply prepare for an everyday occasion.

Brussels sprouts and bacon make a classic combination for a simple side dish.

Ingredients

14 oz Brussels sprouts
1 sprig of Thyme
1.75 oz Smoked (breakfast) bacon
1 Shallot
4 tbsp. Garlic Olive Oil
Sea salt
Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F. Halve the brussels sprouts, chop the thyme, slice the bacon into small pieces, mince the shallot. Mix ingredients in an oven dish and add some sea salt, black pepper and Garlic Olive Oil. Place the dish in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, stir once halfway through.
