Mashed Potatoes with Truffle

Our master chef Ralph created this simple side dish. It serves as a perfect addition to your holiday meals or simply prepare for an everyday occasion.

Delicious spin on mashed potatoes. The sauce features Bianchetto truffle (Italian white truffle) and Parmesan cheese which give this dish a 5-star restaurant appeal!

Ingredients

6 Russet potatoes
3.4 fl.oz Fresh cream
Salsa al Parmigiano Reggiano & Tartufo
Sea salt
Black pepper
Optional: extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes, chop into small chunks and boil in water with sea salt. Drain the water and allow the potatoes to cool. Mash the potatoes until smooth. Bring the cream to a boil and then mix with the mashed potatoes. Remove the pan from the stove and mix in the Salsa al Parmigiano Reggiano & Tartufo. Add sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Optional: Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil over potatoes.
