Limoncello Vinegar Spritzer

Whatever the weather may be, this sparkling summery drink will teleport you straight to the Italian sun. All you need is Prosecco, Limoncello Vinegar, sparkling water and thirst. Saluti!

Ingredients

4 oz. Prosecco
3 oz. Limoncello Vinegar
1 oz. Sparkling Water
2 lemon wedges
1 mint sprig
Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Slice a lemon in half and cut into two wedges.
  2. Fill a large glass with ice. Add the prosecco together with the Limoncello Vinegar and sparkling water.
  3. Finish with the lemon wedges and mint.
