No matter how full you are at the end of your Christmas dinner, there is always room for a heavenly Italian dessert. This panna cotta with Limoncello Vinegar and Raspberry Pearls is absurdly delicious and easy to prepare. A good panna cotta is firm enough to keep its shape, and soft enough to melt in your mouth. Ideal as a finishing touch to your Christmas dinner!

Limoncello Panna Cotta

Preparation
- Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- Bring the whipping cream to a boil with the sugar in a saucepan. Once it boils, remove the mixture from the heat and add the soaked gelatin for it to dissolve.
- Stir the yogurt with the Limoncello vinegar and add the warm whipping cream mixture. Stir until properly mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to baking molds or pour it into 4 plates with an upright edge and allow to set in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- Garnish the panna cotta with strawberries, mint and don't forget the Raspberry Pearls. Enjoy!
