Homemade pizza

This recipe for pizza dough is relatively simple. Using authentic Italian pizza flour and a good extra vierge olive oil ensures an excellent base is made. A simple recipe that will astound your taste buds! Also suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients

500 g Flour for Pizza (Farina per Pizza)
1 tsp. Salt
7 g Dried yeast or 25 g fresh yeast
300 ml Lukewarm water
4 tbsp. Bonsecco Olive Oil

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the water and mix this into the pizza flour with the salt. Add olive oil and knead into a dough. Allow to rise under a damp dish towel for 90 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 225 °C / 437 °F. Roll the pizza dough out into a thin sheet and place on a baking tray or pizza stone. Add your favorite ingredients on the pizza and put it in the oven until the base is golden brown and crunchy. Depending on the oven this will take 5 to 10 minutes.
