Heart Pancakes

Special pancakes that will steal everyone’s heart.

Nice to know:
Everyone will know the classic sweet pancake, which is delicious with syrup or powdered sugar. Preparing pancakes together is always festive, certainly with these fruity variations! And how nice is experimenting with different shapes like hearts of stars, for an even bigger surprise! Do you prefer savory? Add some of our herb mixes to the pancake batter.

Ingredients

250 g de fraises, coup\u00e9es en deux
2 oranges, en quartiers
1\/4 de past\u00e8que
1 ravier de groseilles
2 cs d\u2019Huile d'Olive \u00e0 l'Orange
2 cs de Vinaigre de Fraises
miel de fleur d\u2019oranger, \u00e0 volont\u00e9
180 ml de lait
2 cs de Vinaigre de Fraises
125 g de farine
2 cs de sucre
1 sachet de levure chimique
1\/2 cc de sel
1 \u0153uf
30 g de beurre fondu
Huile d\u2019Olive pour Cuire et R\u00f4tir
250 ml de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e avec 2 cs d\u2019Huile d'Olive \u00e0 l'Orange

Preparation

  1. Make watermelon hearts using the heart shaped cutters. Cut the rest of the watermelon into cubes. Mix all the fruit in a bowl and mix with a vinaigrette made from Strawberry Vinegar, Orange Olive Oil and Honey Orange. Place the watermelon hearts on top.
  2. Pancakes: Mix the milk and Strawberry Vinegar and set aside. Put the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Beat the egg and melted butter into the milk-vinegar mixture. Pour the wet ingredients into the mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil. Place the heart shape in the pan and pour the batter into it. Turn the pancakes when bubbles appear on top and cook the other side until brown. Serve the heart pancakes with the fruit salad, honey and whipped cream.
