Beer Chicken with Beer Sauce

- Regulate the temperature of the BBQ at about 355°F and make sure the chicken is at room temperature.
- Mix the Chicken Curry Rub with the Bonsecco EVOO for a wet marinade and massage it into the chicken. Try to also rub the marinade under the skin.
- Open the beer can and pour out 1/4 of the beer. Place the chicken on top. Make sure it's secured and place in the center of the hot grill and cover.
- Cook for about 50-70 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken) until the core temperature is at least 165°F (measure this with a meat thermometer).
- Baste the chicken from time to time with the juices that were released in the drip tray. Let the chicken rest for another 10-15 minutes before you carve it. Serve with Beer Sauce and enjoy!
