Baked Sweet Potatoes

Our master chef Ralph created this simple side dish. It serves as a perfect addition to your holiday meals or simply prepare for an everyday occasion.

Baked sweet potatoes with a spicy-sweet Spanish tomato sauce.

Ingredients

2 large Sweet potatoes
4 tsp. Tuscan Dipper
4 tsp. Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Salsa Brava

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Halve the potatoes and tear four sheets of foil. Put 1 tsp. Tuscan Dipper and 1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil on each sheet of foil. Add a pinch of sea salt and then place the potatoes facedown. Wrap tightly with foil and place potatoes on a baking tray. Put the packages in the oven for at least 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Serve the potatoes with Salsa Brava.
