Italian risotto is traditionally made from Carnaroli rice. This variety is more exclusive than other rice types, such as Arborio rice. The slightly sticky rice is similar to Arborio, only the grains are larger and longer. This results in a nice, creamy risotto.

The Truffle carnaroli risotto is a mixture of Italian Carnaroli rice with truffle and a spice blend. The result is a ready-made mix where just adding water is enough for a delicious, fresh, Italian risotto.

In a saucepan, add the contents of the bag and 24 oz of cold water. Cook for about 15 minutes, stir frequently. For a creamier risotto, add more water. Delicious with Parmesan cheese and a dash of extra virgin olive oil.
