Savor oil and vinegar combinations for salads, marinades and more, learn the artisan production methods and learn how sommeliers know a good EVOO.



Chef Demo Series: Seasonal Salad : Thursday January 22

Struggling with eating a healthy lunch at work? Stop buying pre-made salads from the grocery store and make your own instead. Experience different types of salads and learn to make salads in a jar for easy meals. Chef Veera will demo how to layer salads correctly in a jar and demo amazing vinaigrettes for both your dining table and on the go.
